Load has the greatest impact on bearing life, so although the load is the most difficult to measure, it should be measured as accurately as possible. When the load measurement is difficult, the actual power consumed by the motor can be measured, and the power loss along the drive route can be calculated and deducted until the bearing load is closer to the actual load. If the calculated or measured load is too large, the expected fatigue life of the bearing must be reduced to a greater extent, which must be remedied. If the installation position allows, the size of the bearing is optional; If the radial size is limited, a wider bearing should be selected in the case of a wider bearing; If wider bearings cannot be used, bearings with higher load bearing capacity can be used instead.

(3) Choose the appropriate imported bearing materials

The selection of bearing materials should also take into account its price, and when vacuum smelting or electroslag remelting steel has to be used, it is necessary to pay attention to the perfection of lubrication conditions, in order to increase the expected fatigue life of bearings exponentially. Of course, the cost of bearings made of this kind of high quality steel is much more expensive than bearings with higher load capacity, but for bearings that are difficult to approach and very difficult to assemble and disassemble in the machine, or bearings used in mining and tunnel operation machinery, maintenance is extremely difficult occasions, sometimes still must be considered
