Rolling bearing is a standard part, in the mechanical design, it is required to choose the rolling bearing correctly. First, select the type of bearing; Then according to the working conditions, use requirements and bearing characteristics of the corresponding calculation, and from the relevant national standards to select the appropriate model.
When choosing the type of bearing, the following factors should be considered:
1. Load of bearing
The size, direction and nature of the load bearing is the main basis for choosing the type of bearing.
(1) When the load is small, ball bearings should be selected; When the load is large, roller bearings should be selected;
(2) When only radial load is borne, radial contact bearings (deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings) are selected; When only bearing axial load, choose axial contact bearing;
(3) When bearings bear both radial load and axial load, they can be considered according to their relative values:
When the axial load is much smaller than the radial load, the deep groove ball bearing can be used;
(2) When the axial load is smaller than the radial load, the centripetal angular contact bearing (centripetal angular contact ball bearing or tapered roller bearing) with smaller contact Angle can be selected according to the speed;
(3) When the axial load is larger than the radial load, the thrust Angle contact bearing with larger contact Angle can be used or the combination of axial contact bearing and radial contact bearing can be used.
(4) When there is impact load, it is appropriate to choose roller bearings.
2. Speed of bearing
In the bearing manual, the limit speed is the maximum allowable speed of the rolling bearing under certain load and lubrication conditions, and the working speed of the bearing should be less than the limit speed.
At high speed (> 1000r/min), ball bearings should be preferred.
3. Aligning performance of bearings
When the coaxiality of the axis and the bearing hole is poor, or the stiffness of the shaft is small and the deflection of the shaft is large, it will cause the deflection of the inner and outer ring axis of the bearing, and the aligning bearing should be selected.
4. Installation and removal of bearings
Bearings with inner and outer rings that can be separated or bearings with inner cone holes are often used where disassembly or assembly is difficult.
5. Economy of economy
